Privacy Policy

The plain-language version: we collect the information you give us when you apply for a Growth Blueprint or book a call, plus standard website analytics. We use it to assess your business, run your assessment, and communicate with you — including by text message if you've opted in. We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, any time.

1. Who we are

This website (arcley.ca) is operated by InnovawsoN Inc. ("Arcley", "we", "us"). We provide growth-infrastructure assessment and system-building services to owner-operated businesses. For anything related to this policy, contact us at [email protected] or Paseo Private, Nepean Ontario.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Application form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, annual revenue range, and your description of where growth feels stuck.
Booking details: the appointment time you select and any notes you add when scheduling your assessment call.
Communications: the contents of emails, text messages, and calls with us, including notes we take during your assessment.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, and referring source.
Cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform, analytics tools, and advertising partners (see Section 6).

3. How we use your information

To review your application and determine whether we're the right fit;
To conduct your assessment call and prepare your written Growth Blueprint;
To communicate with you about your application, appointments, and services — by email, phone, and (where you've consented) SMS;
To send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can withdraw consent at any time);
To operate, measure, and improve our website and advertising;
To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. Text messaging (SMS) consent

Our application form includes optional checkboxes for SMS communications. If you consent, we may send you: (a) non-marketing messages about your application, appointments, and services; and, separately if selected, (b) marketing and promotional messages. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance and STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of receiving our services. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who process it on our behalf — including our customer relationship management and scheduling platform, email/SMS delivery providers, website hosting, and analytics tools;
Advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) in aggregated or hashed form to measure and improve campaigns;
Legal authorities where required by law, or professional advisors under confidentiality.

Some providers may store data outside Canada (for example, in the United States). Where they do, your information is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement (including conversion tracking pixels). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the site. Where required, tracking is subject to your consent.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including PIPEDA in Canada), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to communications at any time — by emailing [email protected], replying "unsubscribe" to any email, or texting STOP to any SMS. We'll respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local authority.

9. Children

Our website and services are directed to business owners and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be posted on this page.
